Mean Machines Issue 24 - September 1992
This is it - the last issue of Mean Machines before it went all crap and split into two magazines. Not exactly an eventful issue really - the fact that the Sonic 2 'update' made the front cover when in reality it was just one page of vague news illustrates this. Not a single game scored more than 90% (although Thunderforce IV deserved more than 87% in my opinion).
A new reviewer was added to the ranks in the form of Angus 'Gus' Swan. Obviously brought in to make up the numbers thanks to the upcoming division into two magazines, Gus didn't really get a chance to make his mark on the original Mean Machines.
